Your students. Our expertise. Their Trip.
Whether you know exactly where you want to go and what you want to do, or if you are looking for options and advice as you develop a trip for your students, we are here to work with you.
By design, not by chance.
For over 15 years we have been developing customized travel progra*ms for school *groups. While you do what you so best - teaching, coaching advising and mentoring students, we do what we do best - handling motorcoach, air and train travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations and sightseeing attractions to develop itineraries for trips that delight and instruct students and their chaperones.
Your requirements and budget. Your satisfaction.
More About Student Group Travel:
Experience is a great teacher. It takes standing in the middle of the Colosseum to truly appreciate the significance of Roman times. You need to be able to run your hand across the names engraved on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington DC to comprehend the loss. Travel has the power to open young minds, unlock possibilities, and unveil understanding where the classroom just can’t. On Student Discoveries travel programs, students pay attention, ask more questions, and actually learn more. From the sub-culture of New York City’s Chinatown to Italy’s world-changing architecture, students’ minds opens further when they’re filled with the sights and sounds of important places around the world. And what they learn on the streets of Boston or in Tower of London won’t just be filed away for a pop quiz, but for something much more important—life itself.
Why Choose Student Discoveries?
Your group will enjoy the same high-quality tour that the Globus family of brands is famous for, but with the added benefit of an itinerary being uniquely designed for the specific needs of your group. When you request a custom itinerary, your custom tour consultant will contact you to discuss the trip in more detail. We go above and beyond to ensure that the pace of the tour is right and that all “must-see” attractions are included.
We have provided thousands of students with many types of travel experiences, each one customized to the student group’s unique needs.

Teachers will find they can get all of the great service of a Student Discoveries trip for about the same price they would pay if they made all the arrangements on their own
Special educational experiences within each program are designed to match class curricula in Social Studies, Math/Science, and Language Arts.
U.S. Discovery Moments: Boston, New York, Washington DC and Philadelphia
Europe Discovery Moments: England, France, Italy and Spain
Discovery Moments Themes
Each student is equipped with a card containing an outline of a person, place, or event highlighted in the itinerary. The student will either make a presentation about the person, place, or event during the group's time on tour or they will use this information to go through an attraction and learn about the chosen subject.
Students flash forward into their future career path with a behind-the-scenes look at what a typical day is like in some of the coolest jobs imaginable: scientists, broadcasters, and musicians, just to name a few.
Students learn about the history and culture of a region through its cuisine. Each city has different ethnic neighborhoods that add character, culture, and history to the region.
Footsteps of Legends
The Program Director or Local Guide will talk about the historical events of a legend in history as students retrace the footprints of history during their walking tour. Or role players dressed in historical costume will recount history from their character’s perspective.
The world around the students is brought to life with Active Learning. Activities such as Math Challenge, Transportation Nation, or a Scavenger Hunt will make a city sightseeing tour or admission to a museum more entertaining and interactive for students.
